Small Event Catering
Our menus will make you wonder why you ever tried to do it on your own.
  • Corporate Catering allows your employees and VIPs to enjoy a unique, flavorful meal without the hassle of managing it yourself.  We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception catering from our extensive menu along with drop off service and box meals.  Think of us next time you need to do something nice for your clients; how about sending over lunch for the whole office?
  • Upscale Barbecues bring a food we all know to new levels.  This is not Bubba's barbecue!
  • All American Backyard Cookouts give your guests the best of that home cooked flavor while giving you the time to enjoy the party.  We can even bring the cookout to your office!
  • Onsite Grilling provides your guests with an experience, not just a meal.  We can provide a full meal from our grills or yours, including dessert!  This is a great way to show off the new outdoor kitchen. Have a grilling class for your friends!
  • Outdoors Events- we can outfit your next hunting trip, outdoor meeting or retreat.
  • Texas Pitchfork Fondue-is more than a menu- it is an experience.  We marinate strip steaks and thread them onto a real pitchfork and plunge them into cauldrons of boiling hot oil.  They come out perfect everytime and not a hint of oil.  This is a set menu, geared towards groups of 50-200.  Your guests will never forget this meal!

  • Hot Dog Service provides a casual experience for your next picnic or festival.  It may be hard to believe, but we do this better than anyone else.  (We have done hot dog events up to 4500!)
